RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Notification OUT

A recent press release has announced the tentative RRB Technician vacancies for the 2025–26 recruitment cycle. As per the intent notice, a total of 6238 Technician Grade 1 and Grade 3 vacancies across 51 categories are expected to be released, based on assessments conducted by all zonal railways. Although the official notification is yet to be published on the RRB website, the indent reply confirms the upcoming vacancies, with South Eastern Railway (SER) having the highest at 1,215 and East Central Railway (ECR) the lowest at 31. Qualification

Candidates must already have the Educational/Technical qualifications prescribed in the CEN from recognized Institute/University as on the last date (i.e., 28.07.2025) for submission of ONLINE application
Diploma /Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI for the post of Technicians in Pay Level-2 unless otherwise specified. Graduate Act apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA)

Salary
