The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the much-awaited IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 notification under the Common Recruitment Process (CRP-CSA XV) for 10277 Customer Service Associates (CSA) posts. IBPS conducts the CRP-CSA exam every year to fill Clerk/Customer Service Associate vacancies in participating banks across India. This year, 10277 posts are available in various states and union territories. The selection process includes a Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Provisional Allotment.

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

Educational Qualification 

• Essential: A Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in the official language of the state/UT for which the candidate is applying is required.

Salary Structure

IBPS Clerks (CSA) receive salaries as per the following pay scale:
